Elisabeth Winet, FNP-C, MSN, MBA, Nurse Practitioner
Career Highlights: Liz has an extensive professional nursing career in cardiology and critical care. She has designed, conducted and made clinical practice changes as a result of the research findings. As a nurse practitioner, her career includes being part of a family practice team, leading cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation program services, and designing, managing and being a practitioner for a lipid and heart failure clinic. Above all, her personal passion involves designing and being the primary practitioner in a weight loss and therapeutic lifestyle clinic for over 20 years. Liz enjoys opening minds to new possibilities through offering inspiring experiential presentations. Starting her Clear Outlook™, LLC practice allows her to continue keeping the individual’s well-being and goals central while continuing to grow in her service passions.

Clear Outlook™, LLC Clinic Founded October 2013 Celebrating 10 Years of Serving our Community
Clear Outlook™, LLC is the dream service offered by Liz Winet, family nurse practitioner and Intrinsic Coach made possible by the loving support of husband, Stephen D. Winet. Steve was my soul mate and love of my life who became my tireless office manager 10/2013 - 9/2020. He was here because he loved being with me and wanted me to have my dream professional service to humanity. I am blessed.
The professional experience that uniquely prepared and inspired me to create Clear Outlook™, LLC was my cardiology background as a critical care nurse, head nurse and later Administrator of Cardiology. As an FNP I joined a respected family practice clinic offering FNP services along with cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services. Next, I joined an area hospital to create and run lipid and heart failure clinics and a wellness clinic specializing in weight loss. My personal passion has always been maximizing health of body mind and spirit naturally. Clear Outlook™ is where this dream became a reality.
Steve gave me the great gift of coming out of his two years of retirement to become my office manager as I started Clear Outlook™, LLC. Prior to sharing his talents at Clear outlook™, LLC, Steve had a long career as a science educator at Alvernia HS in Chicago and later Culver Academies. At Culver, he became the head of the Science Department and was honored as Indiana Biology Teacher of the Year. Our shared intellectual curiosity, love of science and promoting health and personal success for those we serve made us a great team in life.
NOW God has blessed me with an excellent office manager Joanna Winter and team members Sharon Gilbert and Jan Moore to continue the mission of promoting health naturally in a welcoming supportive environment at Clear Outlook™, LLC.

Wai Hung Lee, Board Certified Cardiologist and Liz Winet's Collaborative Physician.
Related Experience: 12 years experience as medical director and collaborative physician for Liz Winet, FNP-BC, in leading a highly respected weight loss clinic, and lipid and heart failure clinics. He continues his expert support and successful professional collaboration with Liz through the Clear Outlook™, LLC clinic services in Mishawaka.

Ashlinn Naseman, RDN
Ashlinn Naseman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist at Clear Outlook™ with a passion for helping people live happier and healthier lives. Her areas of interest include weight loss, cardiology and diabetes; chronic diseases with the ability to be reversed or prevented. In a world full of food myths, weight loss pills and diet fads Ashlinn helps individuals understand the truths to these matters and take home the basic messages to make the necessary changes to improve their lives. Combining her interest of art and food Ashlinn has a love for cooking and enjoys sharing this skill with others to bring our world back to a “whole food philosophy”.
Ashlinn uses her expertice and creativity to design Keto friendly recipes provided wekkly at Clear Outlook™.

Joanna Winter is often the first welcoming person you will talk with at Clear Outlook LLC. She's been through the same journey as many of you. Her own success story is a testament to her encouraging nature. Having known Liz for over 18 years, Joanna's roots run deep in Clear Outlook LLC's values.
Her excellent organizational skills and keeping things moving on track are instrumental to serving you efficiently. Her attention to detail and knack for administrative processes are what ensure smooth operations.
- Joanna's background as a professional artist in painting and photography infuses a creative touch into everything she does, adding an artistic flair to the office environment. Her artwork is proudly exhibited, enhancing the beauty of Clear Outlook LLC.
- Joanna used to run her own cleaning business, showcasing her attention to detail, organization skills, and willingness to get her hands dirty for excellent results.
- Joanna enjoys time with her family, friends, and traveling.
- Beyond the office, Joanna is an active member of her church community, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact. With over 20 years as a minister's wife, her compassion and support extend far. Additionally, her heart for serving is evident through her 35 years of teaching the Bible to children and teens, a testament to her deep love for the Word.

Sharon Gillbert
Meet Sharon Gilbert, a valued member of the Clear Outlook LLC team. Sharon possesses a range of clerical skills that make her a valuable asset. Specializing in class check-ins and providing assistant services, Sharon's role is integral to keeping things efficient, especially during class check-ins.
Having graduated from the program herself, Sharon brings a unique perspective and personal connection to her work. Her journey through the program has given her a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of others walking a similar path.
- Family is the cornerstone of Sharon's life, and her commitment to them fuels her drive in everything she does.
- Sharon's heart is dedicated to her furry friends. She's a dog lover through and through!
- Sharon's creativity extends to the kitchen, where she enjoys experimenting with flavors and crafting her own culinary delights.
- She's not just a cook – Sharon is a recipe creator who invents mouthwatering dishes that leave everyone asking for seconds. Her recipes are often featured and shared at Clear Outlook LLC.
- Past experience includes being an administrative assistant at a community grade school.
Janet Moore
Meet Janet Moore, a dedicated member of Clear Outlook LLC's support team with a diverse professional background spanning 19.5 years. She served as a Compliance Specialist, assisting individuals in qualifying for tax credit housing programs and working in the accounts payable department. Janet also found fulfillment as a Nursing Assistant before prioritizing family life.
What sets Janet apart is her unique perspective as both a program graduate and a patient. Having walked her own path to better health, she offers valuable insights to individuals on their health and fitness journey. Janet Moore embodies Clear Outlook LLC's mission, combining her professional expertise with personal resilience. Her dedication creates a ripple of positivity and support for all who cross her path.
Janet joined the program with her husband Stan and they lost 161.1 pounds together! This made possible Janet’s successful hip replacement, granting her the mobility she needed to continue her path to health and a joy filled life with her family.
